11/24 Causeway Classic!

This was it! The 71st annual Causeway Classic! I had originally planned to watch it with Saku in a rental room at an internet cafe. So, I think I woke up at 5:00 or 5:30am to go to the Okaido shopping street. I got there and tried to book a room, but they were fully booked and Saku wasn't awake yet. So, I cancelled my room rental, got McDonalds and went back home.

I called my Dad and we struggled trying to stream the game from his computer to mine because I could not livestream it while in a different country. But! But, I was able to watch it and I immediately sent a picture to the marching band. The year I came back, they told me that they had seen my message and said something like "Austin is here with us!" Because they don't stream the marching band halftime show on TV, my dad streamed it via his phone and I had pretty poor picture and audio quality.

Too bad Sac State lost.

When I went to get dinner in the dorm, they had it all decorated for Christmas including a tree!

Afterwards I met up with Yuta, and we went up to the Castle.
