6/21 Cat in Dorm

Today Jeremy, Ulrik, and I decided to go try a ramen place down to road called "Matsuyama Bunkou." It is a tonkotsu ramen joint and designed to look like a really old school. It was packed, but we were able to get in without trouble. We took off our shoes and sat criss-cross on a tatami floor. It turned out that Ulrik had never drank ramune, so we all ordered some. When we got the ramen, it was so good! It's been a while so unfortunately I don't remember how to describe it, but I do remember that it was the best I had there.

When we were done eating we crossed the street and there was a little crepe food truck. We all ordered something there, of course. And oh my gosh there was so much food.

When we arrived at the dorm, there was this little fuzzy cat coming up to see us. We pet it and played with it a while, but it just kept wanting to interact with us. Eventually we had to go inside, and it followed us into the building. We knew that animals weren't allowed so we picked it up and put it outside. Then it came back inside. So there was this cycle of us picking up the cat and putting it outside. Eventually though a couple of girls showed up and were petting the cat. Then they too walked into the dorm, and the cat followed. So now THEY were caught in the cycle, and we WEREN'T. So we seized the opportunity to go back to our rooms and sleep.
