For lunch I went to Katsuyama, my favorite hole-in-the-wall restaurant and ordered an oyakodon (egg and chicken rice bowl). It was delicious.
This was the day of the week where I had to cook something for dinner. So, I went to the store and was going to make something else, but I found a soup mix for some kind of "European soup." Ingredients included sausage, potato, carrot, and cabbage. The broth seemed kind of thin, so I added some ramen noodles as well.
It was mildly flavorful.
