As seems to be the fad these days, I brought a film camera to Japan. Nothing special, just a little $50 reusable Kodak film camera. With $20 film rolls sold separately. Up to this point I had filled the camera up with pictures. So, I needed help in figuring out how to get them developed. Rin, being such an incredible person, stepped up to help me with this task. In the morning we biked to Fuji Grand (the best mini-mall in Shikoku) and went inside to a chain camera store. It was really small, but they had everything camera related that you could need.
Rin basically just facilitated communication between the staffmember and me. There were just a couple questions, then I gave them by film and paid. They gave me a receipt and i had to come back in a couple hours to pick everything up. Rin had class, so she couldn't pick it up with me. I also had class, so I went back to the university, and then biked back to the store after class.
They handed me an envelope with a QR code to download them, the original film, and some prints. I will include them below. Not all of them are from Japan.
