This was quite a long day.
We met up at the university quite early in the morning to drive way up into the mountains, past Kuma Highlands, to get to this apple orchard.
On the way we saw a Harley-Davidson store. Once in Kuma Highland, we stopped at a really nice farmer's market with a wild boar and venison meat vending machine.
Later up the way, we stopped at a temple which we had to hike all the way up to, and some people climbed a really scary ladder to get up higher.
We went to the apple orchard, it was pretty small and there weren't too many apples remaining. But a lot of hornets! We were running around catching them with a net.
We weren't there too long, but we went to a little market, looked around, played in a creek, and then went over to Tobe. I have already been there before, so you can read about that in my short term trip.
